Interestingly, the cobalamin riboswitch exhibits a negative correlation with smaller disruption cutoff $\delta$ than the optimal value for which a positive correlation is found. In fact, these values of $\delta$ are strongly associated with positions in the leftmost hairpin of this structure. It could suggest a conserved structural motif or binding interface we failed to annotate.
